Jobgether in Australia is seeking a Video Editor / Storyboard Writer for remote work. You will craft detailed storyboards for paid social ads, specify actor actions, and guide editors. You’ll work with marketing, copy, and creative teams while leveraging AI tools to enhance production and performance.

In this role you will shape hooks, story structures, and ad formats for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, iterating quickly using performance data to improve engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing storyboards for paid social advertising or performance-focused creative.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and formats.
• Familiarity with AI tools and fast Able-to-learn approach to new tech.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed, performance-driven storyboards for paid social ads with hooks and on-screen text.
• Specify actor directions and scene flow for clear execution.
• Provide production guidance on stock footage, AI content, and motion graphics.
• Develop hooks and ad structures across Meta, TikTok, YouTube.
• Iterate concepts using performance data and feedback.
• Monitor trends and direct-response approaches across formats.
• Collaborate with marketing, editing, and copy teams to improve campaigns.
• Edit video content when needed using Premiere Pro (and AE when appropriate).
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance production workflows.
• Manage multiple concepts with speed and quality.
