About the Role

We need a versatile Senior Creator who can manage the entire production lifecycle, from initial capture through to final delivery. This person will combine technical production expertise with a strategic understanding of social platforms to produce content that resonates with modern audiences. This is a freelance position based in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance video assets designed to maximize consumer engagement and reach specific audience retention goals.
• Execute on-location filming and comprehensive post-production to create content tailored for specific social ecosystems.
• Synthesize raw media into polished, professional videos optimized for various digital channels including YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Monitor shifting cultural trends and technical editing innovations to maintain a competitive edge in digital feeds.
• Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative work under accelerated timelines.
• Contribute strategic insights and creative concepts during project kickoffs and collaborative brainstorming sessions.
• Provide professional mentorship to junior creators and residents to uphold execution standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a professional creative role, with a focus on multi-platform digital content.
• Established track record in video production and post-production, preferably within an agency or digital media environment.
• Strong technical foundation in visual framing, lighting setups, and high-quality audio capture.
