VaynerMedia APAC is seeking a skilled Veditor to join our APAC team in Australia. You are an algorithm-fluent editor who turns great content into scalable performance through iteration, optimization, and testing.

With 3–5 years of creative experience and strong Premiere Pro/After Effects skills, you will craft videos for social, streaming, and digital platforms, collaborating across departments to drive results.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional creative experience across platforms.
• Proven experience as a video editor in advertising or digital media.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Create content that makes impactful connections with consumers, measured by high attention metrics (views, likes, comments, shares, retention).
• Serve as an algorithm-fluent editor with deep expertise in hooks, pacing, structure, and retention across social platforms.
• Take principal accountability for performance tuning and platform success, continuously optimizing creative to unlock stronger results.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
• Stay up to date with platform algorithms, formats, trends and editing techniques to keep content fresh and competitive.
• Collaborate across teams on rapid-fire requests and tight timelines.
• Attend creative brainstorms and team meetings, contributing ideas and shaping strategy.
• Mentor Creators and occasionally Art Directors/Copywriters on ideation and execution.
