Job summary

Right Hook Digital is seeking a Creative Production Specialist to raise the creative execution standard across our team. You’ll help embed training, audits, and AI-enabled production workflows to produce high-impact ads at volume.

The role is remote, 8 hours per week, and requires working across AU + US time zones. A strong track record in performance creative and teaching others is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of performance creative experience, with direct-response advertising on paid social.
• Experience training, mentoring or upskilling creative teams.
• Familiar with AI image/video generation and voiceover tools.
• Comfortable working across AU + US time zones with occasional overlap for live training.
• Reliable home setup with strong WiFi and workspace.

Responsibilities

• Raise the creative execution standard across the team through training and playbooks.
• Build training programmes and frameworks to improve how the team works.
• Develop AI-enabled production workflows to speed up output while maintaining quality.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve future creative work.
