Searchability® is a fast-growing digital agency in Australia focused on ecommerce performance. We are seeking a Performance Director to lead paid media and ecommerce initiatives across high-profile brands, shaping strategy, teams and budgets.

You will own performance marketing strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social and ecommerce, manage large media budgets, mentor a growing team, and partner with clients to deliver measurable ROI. Fully remote role with competitive salary up to AU$150k.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in performance marketing within agency/high-growth.
• Strong Paid Search, Paid Social & eCommerce expertise.
• Proven strategy development for ecommerce brands.
• Google Ads & Meta Ads, plus other paid media platforms.
• Experience managing large media budgets & KPIs.
• People leadership and team management experience.
• Data-driven with strong analytics.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management.
• Ability to derive commercial insights from data.
• Understanding of ecommerce metrics & conversion optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of performance marketing strategy across a portfolio of high-profile eCommerce brands.
• Lead the strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social and ecommerce activity.
• Lead and develop a team of performance specialists while managing budgets.
• Work with senior clients to establish KPIs and growth strategies.
• Hands-on with performance data using analytics, attribution and automation.
