Job summary

Levyl is partnering with a large, complex organisation to appoint a HRBP for a 12-month remote position, supporting a major transformation across multiple business areas. You will work closely with senior leaders and the People & Culture function to guide workforce consultation and industrial relations.

You will own a designated portfolio, coach leaders through change, interpret Enterprise Agreements and manage union engagement, ensuring activity progresses on time.

Qualifications

• End-to-end business partnering experience in unionised environments
• Direct involvement in organisational change and workforce consultation
• Experience with unions and interpreting Enterprise Agreements

Responsibilities

• Guide leaders through organisational change and workforce realignment
• Manage union engagement and formal consultation requirements
• Interpret and apply Enterprise Agreement provisions
• Coach leaders through sensitive decisions and conversations
• Ensure change activity progresses within timeframes
• Provide advice on performance, workforce planning and design
• Collaborate with employee relations and other P&C teams
