Job summary

Levyl is partnering with a large, complex organisation to appoint a HRBP for a 12 month period, in a remote capacity. You will lead workforce transformation, guide leaders through consultation and union engagement, and provide expert People & Culture support across NSW while collaborating with senior leaders.

The role focuses on organisational change, industrial relations and employee support within a unionised environment, with travel as required and predominantly remote work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in HRBP / People & Culture roles.
• Experience guiding leaders through workforce change and investigations.
• Proven ability to work in a unionised environment and interpret agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce transformation activities with senior leaders.
• Manage union engagement and formal consultation.
• Coach leaders through challenging conversations and changes.
• Provide day-to-day business partnering and advisory support.
