Job summary

Levyl is partnering with a large organisation to appoint a HR Business Partner for a 12-month remote assignment. You will work with executives and senior leaders across NSW, guiding workforce consultation and industrial relations during a major transformation.

You will partner with unions, interpret Enterprise Agreements and lead coaching for leaders through sensitive change, while ensuring activities progress on time and within obligations.

Qualifications

• End-to-end business partnering experience in a unionised environment.
• Experience guiding leaders through workforce consultation and change.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise agreements and industrial instruments.

Responsibilities

• Support leaders through organisational change, consultation and workforce realignment.
• Manage union engagement and formal consultation requirements across portfolios.
• Interpret and apply Enterprise Agreements and relevant industrial instruments.
• Coach leaders through sensitive decisions and challenging conversations.
• Ensure change activity progresses within required timeframes locally and NSW-wide.
• Handle employee relations matters, complaints and workplace investigations as required.
• Provide HR advisory across performance, workforce planning and design.
• Support general People & Culture queries and day-to-day business partnering matters.
• Collaborate with employee relations and other specialist P&C teams.
