Pearce IP Pty Ltd invites a qualified Trade Mark Attorney to join as Special Counsel on a part-time basis (about 20 hours per week). The role supports Australia and New Zealand portfolios with hybrid work when based in Sydney, including home-based hours.

You will draft and prosecute trade mark applications, provide brand protection strategies, and assist with enforcement. Collaboration with Pearce IP’s litigation team and other units will help grow the practice and deliver client value across

Formación

• Qualified to practice as a Trade Mark Attorney in Australia and New Zealand.
• Experience managing a trade marks portfolio.
• Ability to work part-time and hybrid.
• Excellent communication with clients and litigators.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and prosecute trade mark applications.
• Manage trade marks portfolio.
• Collaborate with lawyers and other units.
• Advise on infringement and enforcement.
• Support commercialisation of trade marks.
• Develop thought leadership content (articles/blogs).
