Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in privacy, data protection, or related fields.
• Demonstrated knowledge of GDPR and European privacy frameworks.
• Experience handling law enforcement requests or regulatory inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Review, assess, and respond to law enforcement and judicial authority requests for electronic data.
• Advise on compliance obligations under the EU E-Evidence Regulation and related legal frameworks.
• Manage urgent disclosure requests, data preservation requests, and other regulatory demands.
• Conduct legal analysis relating to privacy, data protection, confidentiality, and data disclosure obligations.
• Assess the validity and enforceability of government, judicial, and regulatory requests.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Security, and Trust & Safety teams to support regulatory investigations, cyber/privacy incidents, and compliance initiatives.
