Overview

Associate / Senior Associate – Cyber, Privacy & Digital Law (Contract role: 3–6 months, Sydney). Join a global leader in cyber, privacy & digital risk advisory. This role is based in Sydney and involves responding to cyber incidents and delivering legal excellence in a fast-paced digital environment.

About the Role

You will be a responder to cyber, privacy, and digital law incidents. This role is ideal for an experienced legal professional with expertise in advising on matters related to:

Data protection and privacy law
Cyber and information law
E-commerce including electronic contracting
Bid-data analytics, artificial intelligence, biometrics, Internet of Things and cloud
Blockchain, cryptocurrencies and NFTs
Technology procurement and business process outsourcing

Key Responsibilities
