Job summary

Elevate is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance OPs team in Australia. You will apply knowledge of KYC, third-party due diligence, vendor screening, and AML to help maintain robust compliance programs.

You will assess conflicts of interest, gifts and entertainment, and work across different compliance functions while influencing process improvements. Strong data reporting and proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, and Outlook are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• 3+ years in various Compliance fields.
• Experience with KYC, third-party due diligence, AML.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

Specifically, The Compliance Analyst Will

• Have strong knowledge of know your customer, third-party due diligence, vendor screening, customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, anti-money laundering.
• Check compliance programs including conflict of Interest check and gift and entertainment support.
• Working in different compliance functions.
• Work on compliance process improvement experience.
• Manage data and metrics reporting.

• Has experience in legal workflow technology tools.

Experience

• More than 3 years of experience in various fields of Compliance.
• Working in a growing, fast-paced organization with a dynamic environment

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
