Job summary

Ethos is seeking senior compliance analysts with 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance to train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own DPIAs, records of processing activities, GDPR/CCPA gap assessments, and drafts of privacy notices and vendor DPAs to withstand regulator and customer scrutiny.

The role is fully remote on a flexible schedule (5–20 hours per week) with compensation at $90/hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance, with direct ownership of DPIAs and records of processing activities.
• Experience drafting privacy notices and vendor data-processing agreements that hold up to regulator and customer scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (DPIAs, records of processing activities, GDPR/CCPA gap assessments, privacy notices, DPAs, breach protocols).
• Assist in training a language model using professional documents and slides to improve accuracy and compliance.
