Job summary

Tru Staffing Inc. seeks a Contract Privacy Consultant to support our client’s privacy operations across APAC and the EU. The engagement focuses on DSARs, privacy assessments, data governance, incident response support, and privacy program operations for a six-month engagement.

The ideal candidate has multinational privacy experience, strong GDPR and AU Privacy Act knowledge, and the ability to work independently with global stakeholders during APAC business hours.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated privacy experience in multinational environments.
• IAPP certifications such as CIPP/A, CIPP/E, or CIPM preferred.
• Solid GDPR knowledge and AU Privacy Act familiarity.
• Ability to work independently across global stakeholders and regions.
• Excellent communication and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• DSAR handling and customer privacy inquiries.
• Privacy assessments (vendor assessments, DPIAs, TIAs, etc.).
• Data governance support, including RoPA maintenance.
• Data exfiltration incident response support.
• Maintenance of privacy notices, policies, and SOPs.
• Data Privacy Day planning and related training activities.
