Gold Class Accounts is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive new business and manage client relationships from a home-based setting. The role focuses on lead generation, prospect qualification, and closing sales while maintaining top-tier customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will report to the Director and support the growth of our bookkeeping and accounting services, leveraging strong communication skills and a background in sales.

Qualifications

• Track record to achieve KPIs and targets regularly.
• 5 years experience in a similar sales role.
• Bookkeeping and accounting background preferable.
• Knowledge of HubSpot CRM preferable.

Responsabilités

• Generate leads and identify potential customers through various channels.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and requirements, and provide relevant information.
• Close sales deals by following up with prospects, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of sales.
