Job summary

ArtsPay Pty Ltd is seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to own daily financial health and partner with leadership. This part-time, hands-on role focuses on modelling, scenarios, and reporting while keeping books in order.

You’ll manage a bookkeeper and work with a tax accountant and Fractional CFO as the bridge between operations and strategic decisions. You’ll handle forecasting, budgeting, treasury, and management reporting; participate in regulatory and partner reporting; and ensure

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or equivalent experience in senior finance roles.
• Strong modelling, forecasting, and KPI reporting capabilities.
• Experience supervising bookkeepers and coordinating with tax advisers.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close and produce timely management accounts.
• Build and maintain cash flow forecasts and budgets with the CFO.
• Analyse unit economics and pricing across products and merchants.
• Prepare board and investor packs with clear commentary.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payments workflows.
• Strengthen financial controls and automate reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with GST/BAS, PAYG, superannuation and reporting.
