Job summary

Aston Equity Ventures is seeking an experienced and reliable bookkeeper to join our Finance Team on a permanent part-time basis, reporting directly to the CFO. This role supports multiple companies within the portfolio and involves payroll processing, multi-currency transactions and intercompany reconciliations.

The position requires strong bookkeeping fundamentals, MYOB AccountRight expertise, and the ability to work remotely with flexible hours while maintaining accurate records and timely

Qualifications

• Demonstrated bookkeeping experience.
• Strong MYOB AccountRight experience.
• Demonstrated payroll processing and administration experience.
• Sound understanding of multi-currency accounting and intercompany transactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Process and allocate transactions.
• Maintain general ledger records.
• Invoicing and payment processing.
• Manage supplier and customer accounts.
• Payroll processing and administration.
• Process and reconcile multi-currency transactions.
• Assist with intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Support month-end processes and reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Coordinate with management and international contacts.
