Job summary

Pulse Healthcare Limited is seeking an organised Accounts Assistant or Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. This part-time role starts with 2 days per week and offers fully remote working with flexible hours.

You will support day-to-day finance activities including accounts payable, basic record-keeping, reconciliations and month-end processes, with scope to grow responsibilities as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• End-to-end accounts payable or general finance administration.
• Completing bank or balance sheet reconciliations.
• Hands-on experience with MYOB or similar systems.
• Microsoft Excel and data management skills.
• Ability to identify errors and resolve discrepancies.
• Clear written and verbal communication for vendor queries.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable – Process supplier invoices including coding and approvals.
• Ledger Integrity – Perform bank, credit card and general reconciliations in MYOB.
• Month-End Support – Assist with journals, accruals and balancing ledgers.
• Accounts Receivable – Support basic AR tasks and customer invoices.
• Data & Records – Maintain accurate and confidential finance records.
• Query Resolution – Collaborate to resolve transactional discrepancies.
• Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to improve finance workflows.
