Learning Online Group is hiring multiple Course Sales Consultants to join our sales teams selling into the Australian and Canadian markets. This is a phone-based, relationship-driven sales role with no cold calling and a strong focus on closing on the phone. We offer a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Formación

• Track record in sales with targets (telesales, inbound, contact centre)
• Able to close deals over the phone
• No industry background required; product will be learned on the job
• Comfortable with commission-based earnings and targets
• Ability to work in a remote, high-volume sales environment

Responsabilidades

• Call warm leads who have already enquired
• Learn about students' goals and interests
• Recommend suitable courses to prospective students
• Guide students through the enrolment process
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs
• Receive ongoing coaching and training
