Northcott in Sydney is seeking an Operations Analyst to turn data into practical insights that support better operational decisions and service performance. This temporary role runs through to 30 June 2027 with genuine work-from-home options.

You will develop and maintain automated reporting across Housing, Community and Clinical services, building Power BI dashboards and connecting data across systems to reveal trends, performance and opportunities.

Competenze

• Develop, maintain automated Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Strong SQL and data preparation skills across data warehouses.
• Deliver integrated reporting across systems including revenue analytics and pipeline.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting and data structures.
• Translate operational needs into practical reporting insights for managers.
• Focus on data quality, validation and governance.
• Ability to explain trends clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience with NDIS funding, occupancy or utilisation is advantageous.

About You

As an Operations Analyst, you will:

• Bring strong experience developing, maintaining and improving Power BI dashboards and reports, including data modelling, DAX and Power Query.
• Have strong SQL and data preparation skills, with experience working across data warehouses and enterprise reporting environments.
• Have experience delivering integrated reporting across multiple systems, including revenue analytics, pipeline management and customer journey reporting.
• Bring experience using Salesforce reporting and data structures to support business reporting and analysis.
• Be able to translate operational needs, strategy and KPI frameworks into practical reporting solutions and actionable insights for managers.
• Have a strong focus on data quality, validation and governance, ensuring reporting is accurate, consistent and trusted.
• Be confident working with stakeholders and explaining trends and complex information in clear, practical language.
• Experience with NDIS funding, claiming, occupancy or utilisation, or within disability, community services, healthcare or not-for-profit environments, will be highly regarded.
