Job summary

CoAct is seeking a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst to shape reporting across the organisation. You’llDesign, develop and optimise BI solutions, lead stakeholder engagements and drive governance and quality across reporting platforms.

You’ll mentor teams, enable self‑service analytics, and support transitions to Power BI and Microsoft Fabric within a hybrid/remote work setup across Australia.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering enterprise reporting, analytics or data warehousing solutions.
• Experience with Power BI, Azure and Fabric reporting environments.
• Strong data governance, quality controls and testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement to gather, document and prioritise reporting requirements.
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards and self‑service reporting solutions.
• Provide technical leadership during platform migrations and reporting transformations.
• Validate reports, perform UAT and support data quality governance.
• Mentor teammates on Power BI, Azure, Fabric and best practices.
