You will introduce leadership, personal development, and professional growth programs to prospective clients, conduct consultative conversations, and manage your own schedule with mentorship and access to established systems and an international professional

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of professional experience in business development, consulting, sales, client relationship management, leadership, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish trust, build rapport, and conduct meaningful professional conversations.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and self-directed mindset with discipline to manage activities and priorities independently.
• Genuine interest in leadership, learning, personal development, and continuous professional growth.
• Comfort with an independent, commission-based business model where compensation depends on performance.

Responsibilities

• Apply established marketing strategies and business development systems to generate interest in leadership, learning, and personal development programs.
• Identify and connect with prospective clients through professional networking, digital communication, and consultative conversations.
• Understand prospective clients' professional aspirations and development objectives to identify relevant program opportunities.
• Present available leadership and personal development programs, explaining their value and guiding interested individuals through the information and evaluation process.
• Build and maintain positive professional relationships through consistent communication, thoughtful engagement, and proactive follow-up.
• Manage your own business development activities, priorities, and schedule while working toward individual performance objectives.
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development activities to strengthen business knowledge and communication skills.
