Job summary

Hayward Pool Products Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated sales professional to drive growth across New South Wales in a fully remote role. You will visit customers in the market, nurture key accounts, provide product guidance and coordinate support to achieve positive outcomes.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will work with Sales, Customer Care, Technical Services, Marketing, and Operations to extend the brand footprint, hit KPIs and expand opportunities,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in field-based, account-management or customer-solution roles.
• Ability to meet KPIs, budgets and sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a practical, down-to-earth approach.

Responsibilities

• Build, nurture and strengthen relationships with NSW key accounts.
• Seek new business opportunities for customer and product growth.
• Plan and conduct regular customer visits and be visible and responsive in the market.
• Provide product guidance and practical solutions to customer needs.
• Coordinate internal support to deliver satisfactory outcomes and after-sales assistance.
• Deliver product demonstrations and customer training with technical support as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and CRM entries.
• Represent Hayward professionally at meetings, events and industry activities.
• Manage the NSW territory autonomously while collaborating with national leadership.
