Hayward Pool Products Australia is seeking a District Sales Manager for NSW to grow relationships with key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and provide hands-on product guidance across the region.

You will travel within NSW to visit customers, demonstrate products, and coordinate support from Sales, Customer Care and Technical Services. The role offers remote work, KPI-driven targets, and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building strong customer relationships in field-based roles.
• Proven ability to hit KPIs, budgets, and sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, professional yet down-to-earth.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout NSW; current Australian Driver Licence.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Build, nurture and strengthen relationships with key accounts across NSW.
• Seek out new business opportunities for customer and product growth.
• Plan and conduct regular customer visits, remaining visible and responsive in the market.
• Listen to customer needs, understand issues, and recommend Hayward product solutions.
• Provide after-sales support by coordinating internal expertise and following up concerns.
• Support customers with product information, programs, promotions and guidance.
• Deliver product demonstrations and training with support from technical specialists.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Represent Hayward professionally at meetings, events and dealer activities.
• Manage the NSW territory autonomously while aligning with the National Sales Manager.
