Hayward Pool Products Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Sales & Customer Solutions Specialist for New South Wales. This fully remote, field-facing role focuses on building trusted relationships, guiding product selection, and delivering practical solutions while driving regional growth.

You will visit customers across NSW, coordinate with Sales, Customer Care and Technical Services, and report to the National Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building customer relationships in field-based roles.
• Ability to meet KPIs, budgets and sales targets.
• Strong problem-solving with cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with autonomous time management.

Responsabilités

• Build and strengthen relationships with NSW key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive product growth.
• Plan and conduct regular customer visits and be visible in market.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Hayward solutions.
• Provide after-sales support and coordinate internal expertise to resolve issues.
• Support customers with product information, programs, promotions and guidance.
• Deliver product demonstrations and customer training with technical support as needed.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and opportunities.
• Represent Hayward at meetings, trade events and dealer presentations.
• Manage NSW territory autonomously while staying connected to the National Sales Manager.
