You will provide desktop and infrastructure support, troubleshoot networking and wireless systems, and assist with server tasks in a remote mining environment. FIFO experience is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• FIFO experience is essential.
• Broad technical knowledge across desktop support, networking, servers and infrastructure.
• Experience in mining or remote-site environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 technical support across the mining site.
• Support desktops, laptops, hardware and end-user environments.
• Troubleshoot networking, communications and wireless issues.
• Provide basic server and infrastructure support.
• Assist with general IT infrastructure troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Work with enterprise technologies including Cisco, Dell, UCS, Pure Storage and wireless environments.
• Support users and operational teams in a remote mining environment.
• Escalate complex issues where required and work closely with wider technical teams.
• Maintain strong customer service and communication standards.
