Oxoid Remel Microbiology is seeking a Virtual Microbiology Sales & Operations Specialist to drive sales and support operations across Australia and New Zealand. You will engage customers virtually, coordinate reporting, and collaborate with Account Managers to grow revenue while maintaining accurate CRM records.

The role focuses on building relationships, promoting microbiology solutions, and optimizing sales processes in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or related discipline.
• 1–2 years in sales with track record of meeting targets.

Responsabilités

• Achieve or exceed territory sales targets and contribute to ANZ objectives.
• Grow existing customer relationships and develop new opportunities.
• Conduct regular outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Maintain an effective call cycle for customer engagement.
• Present and promote Microbiology products and workflow solutions.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM records and generate regular reports.
• Support account management with sales operations and batch reservation coordination.
