Job summary

Jobgether is assisting a partner in recruiting a Medical Network Account Manager based in Australia. The role focuses on strategic business development, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery across GP and allied health networks.

It is a permanent full-time remote position with NSW flexibility and access to a Sydney office. The role emphasizes turning market insights into practical business cases, operating models, and measurable outcomes, with governance and cross-functional coordination

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business development, partnership management, strategic programs, or project delivery.
• Experience in a complex, regulated, service-based environment.
• Background in international health insurance, health funds, or insurance is desirable.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability with data interpretation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing, and relationship management.
• Ability to translate insights into practical plans and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic business development initiatives aligned with priorities and the needs of the medical network.
• Identify new partnership, service, and market opportunities from insights.
• Develop business cases, commercial analyses, recommendations, and implementation plans for new products, services, partnerships, and operating models.
• Assess market and stakeholder needs and translate findings into practical initiatives that improve member outcomes and service performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across projects and workstreams.
• Establish governance frameworks, performance measures, reporting mechanisms, and risk controls to monitor delivery and outcomes.
