The Hospitals Contribution Fund Of Australia Limited is seeking an experienced Medical Network Account Manager. You will identify, design and deliver strategic business development initiatives to strengthen our medical network, improve member outcomes and enhance commercial, operational and service performance.

Working across internal teams and external partners, you will develop new opportunities, assess market needs, support program design and establish governance frameworks for our primary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business development, partnership management or strategic program implementation.
• Experience in international business within Health Insurance or Health Funds is desirable.
• Ability to develop business cases and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business development initiatives aligned with organisational priorities.
• Identify partnership and market opportunities using insights from customers, competitors and industry.
• Develop business cases and implementation plans for new products and operating models.
• Build relationships with internal teams, external partners and stakeholders.
• Establish governance and performance measures to track delivery and risks.
• Prepare commercial analysis and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Support partner agreements and coordinate multi-workstream projects.
