Job summary

Myhealth is seeking a General Manager GP Engagement to lead national GP attraction, retention and workforce growth. Based in Sydney, you will partner with Operations, Finance, Recruitment and Medical Education to deliver a sustainable GP network strategy across Australia.

You will drive clinic expansion, greenfield sites and acquisitions, while building strong relationships with universities, training organisations and industry groups to future-proof the Myhealth network.

Qualifications

• Significant healthcare leadership and workforce strategy experience.
• Proven ability to attract, engage and retain healthcare professionals in General Practice.
• Understanding Medicare, funding models and GP contracting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of national GP attraction and retention strategies.
• Drive growth through clinics, mergers, and greenfield sites.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to meet workforce objectives.
• Monitor recruitment and engagement metrics and provide insights.
