Job summary

Stantec in Perth seeks a Mechanical BIM Modeller to join the Mechanical team. You will use Revit to produce documentation, coordinate BIM models, and support engineers across a diverse portfolio including commercial, residential, healthcare and education sectors.

Working with Senior BIM Modeller and Project Engineers, you will contribute to modelling, coordination, and timely delivery while adhering to company standards and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience using Revit for mechanical building services/HVAC projects.
• Solid understanding of BIM principles, workflows and coordination processes.
• Ability to coordinate with Engineers and Project teams and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality documentation and drawings using Revit.
• Support Engineers and Project Engineers in delivering projects.
• Develop and coordinate BIM models in line with project requirements and standards.
• Manage modelling and drafting deliverables to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Maintain compliance with quality procedures and professional standards.
• Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture.
