Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. in Perth is seeking a proactive Mechanical BIM Modeller to join our Mechanical team. You will work on HVAC/building services projects, coordinating BIM models and delivering accurate Revit drawings within a collaborative, established team.

You will collaborate with Senior BIM Modellers and Project Engineers, contributing to diverse projects across commercial, residential, healthcare and education sectors while meeting project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience using Revit for mechanical building services / HVAC projects.
• Solid understanding of BIM principles, workflows, and coordination processes.
• Experience using clash detection and coordination software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Producing high-quality documentation and drawings using Revit.
• Supporting Engineers and Project Engineers in project delivery.
• Developing and coordinating BIM models in line with project requirements and standards.
• Managing modelling and drafting deliverables to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Maintaining compliance with quality procedures and professional standards.
• Contributing to a collaborative team culture.
