Stantec is seeking a Mechanical BIM Modeller in Perth to join our Mechanical team. You will contribute to diverse projects across commercial, residential, healthcare and education sectors, coordinating BIM models and developing documentation using Revit.

You'll work closely with Senior BIM Modeller and Project Engineers to ensure accurate deliverables on time, applying BIM principles and leveraging clash detection tools. A proactive, team-oriented mindset is essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years' experience using Revit for mechanical building services / HVAC projects.
• Solid understanding of BIM principles, workflows, and coordination processes.
• Experience using clash detection and coordination software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
