Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to join our Falcon Complete Team in Australia. You will handle incident response across Windows, Mac, and Linux, perform basic malware analysis, and develop processes for detecting and countering incidents.

You will communicate findings clearly to customer management and contribute to thought leadership through blogs and events. The role requires 1-4 years of related experience, strong project management, and a proactive, collaborative mindset

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of related experience in cybersecurity or incident response.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present findings to customers.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to audiences with varying technical levels.
• Desire to grow technical and soft skills, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Exercise incident handling across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Perform basic malware analysis.
• Develop and improve incident detection and countermeasure processes.
• Deliver high-quality written and verbal communications to customer management.
• Contribute to industry thought leadership via talks, posts, and events.
• Manage internal programs or teams.
