Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a motivated Cyber Security analyst to join the Falcon Complete Team. You will handle incidents across Windows, Mac, and Linux, perform malware analysis, and improve detection and remediation processes.

You’ll communicate findings to customer leadership and contribute to industry thought leadership. This role requires 1–4 years of related experience, strong project management, and the ability to work with a global, follow-the-sun team.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of related experience in incident response or information security.
• Ability to complete technical tasks without supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proven project management skills and ability to lead initiatives.
• Experience conducting incident response for serious threats (APTs, organized crime, hacktivists).
• Proficiency in malware analysis and network/host forensics concepts.

Responsibilities

• Exercise incident handling processes across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Perform basic malware analysis.
• Develop and improve processes for incident detection and countermeasures.
• Produce high-quality written and verbal communications to customer management.
• Contribute to industry thought leadership via blogs and events.
• Manage internal programs or teams.
