CrowdStrike is seeking a Falcon Complete Security Advisor to work remotely in Australia. You will guide customers to achieve a secure and stable Falcon Complete environment, aligning with established standards and delivering actionable remediation plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a cybersecurity focused role.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills (oral and written).
• Experience partnering with product/security teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Assess customers' Falcon environment and ensure alignment with Falcon Complete standards.
• Provide recommendations to improve security posture for Falcon Complete customers.
• Create remediation plans for CrowdStrike products to enhance security.
• Contact customers when misalignment with standards is identified.
• Document and resolve customer issues per procedures and SLAs.
