Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Falcon Complete Security Advisor to join a global, security-focused team. You will assess customer environments, provide remediation guidance, and align actions with Falcon Complete standards to strengthen posture across diverse clients.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in cybersecurity, strong customer empathy and communication, and experience with threat detection and incident response. A technology or cybersecurity degree is preferred, with remote work options available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a cybersecurity focused role.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills (verbal & written).
• Experience with threat detection and incident response.
• Proven ability to guide customers to secure outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer Falcon environments for alignment with Falcon Complete standards.
• Provide recommendations to improve security posture.
• Create and recommend remediation across CrowdStrike products.
• Contact customers on misalignment with standards.
• Document, update, and resolve customer issues per procedures and SLAs.
• Develop service reports and statistics for customers as requested.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with support teams to coordinate issue resolution.
