Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Technical Support Engineer based in Australia to provide expert support to our global customers, with emphasis on Korean-speaking clients in the JAPAC region. You will troubleshoot issues, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to knowledge articles and training.

You will engage with product and engineering teams to resolve escalations, learn new technologies, and help customers maximize the Falcon platform across security product offerings.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in a product technical support role supporting global enterprise customers.
• Proficiency in Korean and English — both written and verbal — for enterprise support in JAPAC.
• Strong communication and customer focus with analytical troubleshooting ability.
• Experience troubleshooting at application and OS level (Windows, Linux, Mac).
• Understanding OS fundamentals and networking basics; familiarity with SIEM/SOAR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 global customer support for Korean-speaking customers across JAPAC.
• Troubleshoot, identify root cause, and resolve customer issues to ensure success.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to fix bugs or enhance features.
• Create knowledge articles and contribute to training and mentoring.
• Manage workload and meet operational goals; stay current with product updates.
