The role focuses on startup fundraising, venture funds, and LP-facing work, delivering high-quality pitch decks and memos for fundraising campaigns.

Remote, flexible engagement at 5–20 hours weekly, starting ASAP. Compensation is $100 per hour with a strong emphasis on precision, data room indexes, and LP reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Direct experience building pitch decks, data room indexes, or investor update memos for a startup fundraise, venture fund, or LP-facing platform.
• Fluency in cap table mechanics, term sheet structuring, and the reporting standards LPs and institutional investors expect.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
