Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to recruit nonprofit and philanthropy professionals to train their language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across grant narratives, donor reports, program logic models, and board briefing decks.

Role requires 4+ years in nonprofit program management or related field, with expert-level document and slide craftsmanship and excellent written communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizations.
• Direct experience authoring grant proposal narratives or donor reports for funders and boards.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Develop and polish content for grant narratives, donor impact reports, and program logic models.
• Prepare board briefing decks, needs assessments, and donor stewardship plans.
• Collaborate with AI lab partners to improve output quality and relevance.
