Dt Global is seeking an HR Consultant with strong generalist HR experience to support national clients in a remote capacity. The role emphasizes employee relations, legislation interpretation and practical, commercially sensible advice across complex matters.

You will work with a team of HR and IR professionals, handling performance management, misconduct, and compliance-driven issues while maintaining high-quality client service and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Strong generalist HR experience with a focus on employee relations and workplace compliance.
• Ability to interpret employment legislation and translate it into practical advice for businesses.
• Experience advising managers and executives on HR policy and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on employee performance concerns and develop performance improvement plans.
• Support misconduct allegations, disciplinary meetings, grievances and terminations.
• Guide managers through difficult conversations, ensuring procedural fairness and business outcomes.
• Provide clear, accurate HR guidance on general HR and employee relations matters.
• Assist with restructures, consultation requirements and redundancy processes.
• Interpret modern awards and workplace legislation to support compliant decisions.
