Job summary

St Trinity Property Group is seeking hungry, confident High Ticket Setters to join a remote call centre team. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, sparking interest, qualifying enquiries, and booking appointments for our Sales Consultants.

This remote, commission-only opportunity comes with full access to our systems and leadership support. You’ll make outbound calls to marketing-qualified leads, build rapport, discuss property projects, and log outcomes in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Appointment Setter or Lead Generator.
• Clear, confident, persuasive communication.
• Excellent listening and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to marketing-qualified leads from CRM.
• Build rapport and understand client goals.
• Discuss property projects at a high level with prospects.
• Handle questions/objections with clarity and professionalism.
• Educate prospects and guide to next steps.
• Book qualified appointments for sales consultants.
• Log call outcomes and follow-ups in CRM.
