Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to marketing qualified leads from the CRM database.
• Understand customers to identify interests, needs and motivations to purchase a property.
• Familiarise yourself with project details, procedures and services.
• Field basic questions about products and services.
• Provide property advice to navigate the Australian market.
• Schedule consultations between client and Sales Consultant.
• Maintain detailed call logs and notes in the CRM.
