Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Advanced Healthcare Implementation Engineer to design and deliver secure, scalable integrations between Solventum solutions and customer healthcare systems. You will collaborate with customer IT teams, vendors and internal teams to ensure successful deployments and ongoing optimization.

Key skills include HL7 v2.x, FHIR, APIs, and healthcare interoperability standards. The role involves technical discovery, solution configuration, testing, go‑live readiness, and up to 20%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, CS, IT or related field, plus 5+ years in healthcare tech implementations.
• Experience implementing enterprise software in healthcare environments.
• Experience with customer IT teams and third-party vendors.
• Proficiency with HL7 v2.x, FHIR, APIs and data exchange workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver secure, scalable integrations between Solventum solutions and customer systems.
• Lead technical discovery to translate needs into practical integration approaches.
• Configure solutions to meet operational and clinical requirements.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and go-live readiness activities.
• Provide advanced technical support and drive continuous improvement.
