Job summary

Solventum is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support for all HIS products including Revenue Cycle Management and Clinical Productivity Solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand needs and ensure successful deployment and ongoing usage of our healthcare solutions.

You will participate in vendor coordination, testing, and ensuring client success through presentations, onsite meetings, and effective problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND at least two (2) years of technical support or technical implementation experience
• High School Diploma/GED or other IT-related qualification AND three (3) years technical support or technical implementation experience
• Industry knowledge of health care and/or HIS or HIM is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for all HIS products for Revenue Cycle Management and Clinical Productivity Solutions
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and ensure successful support and usage of solutions
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to support integration of products with other systems
• Contribute to and support the business unit to achieve HIS division goals
• Participate with a team of professionals in providing a high level of cohesive technical service
