ROLLER is a global SaaS company powering thousands of live experiences. We’re hiring a Data Analyst on a 3-month contract to own go-to-market analytics, turning checkout, membership, and product data into actionable insights to help customers grow and help us win deals.

You’ll partner with Customer Success and Sales, build dashboards in Looker/Power BI/Tableau, and apply SQL/BigQuery. This fully remote role is available from Australia.

Qualifikationen

• You are a Data Analyst with a track record of turning business questions into clear, actionable insight.
• Proficient in SQL and BigQuery, and capable of creating dashboards using BI tools like Looker, Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience setting up tracking and reporting in Google Analytics.
• Understanding of SaaS revenue, pricing, subscriptions and add-ons.
• Ability to partner with Sales and Customer Success and explain findings to non-technical audiences.

Aufgaben

• Customer Success Support: Build data behind CSM-led QBRs, including customer performance, checkout conversion, membership, and product-type trends.
• Field ad hoc customer-performance requests and deliver decision-ready insights quickly.
• Sales Support: Partner with Sales on deals and pilots, delivering before-and-after analyses showing impact of ROLLER.
• Pricing & Packaging Insight: Analyze pricing across subscriptions and add-ons to inform commercial decisions.
