Job summary

MEDirect, Australia''s leading digital-first medicolegal platform, is seeking a Growth & Partnerships Manager to drive client relationships and commercial growth from a home-based remote role in Victoria. You''ll manage a portfolio of firms, insurers and employers, identifying opportunities to expand services and access medical experts across the country.

You will work with the Head of Growth & Partnerships to retain clients, increase assessments, and reconnect with inactive accounts, while

Qualifications

• Experience in personal injury, workers compensation, or medicolegal services.
• Strong relationship skills with legal, insurance, and healthcare professionals.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload or client portfolio.
• A track record of identifying opportunities and driving account growth.
• Comfort with digital systems and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with law firms, insurers, employers and managing personnel.
• Understand client workflows to access relevant medical experts.
• Stay connected via calls, meetings and client visits.
• Reconnect with inactive clients and resume bookings.
• Identify opportunities to expand MEDirect within accounts.
• Lead client reviews and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Share insights on medical specialties, locations and services needed.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and plan follow-ups.
• Represent MEDirect at client meetings and industry events.
