Qualifications

• Hands-on performance and paid marketing experience with campaigns you’ve owned end-to-end.
• Experience setting up and optimising ad networks or user acquisition channels.
• End-to-end growth craft across paid, lifecycle, email and launch.
• Comfort owning a budget and making data-led allocation decisions.
• Lifecycle and retention marketing experience across email and CRM.
• Fluency with martech tooling and onboarding customers onto growth products.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid acquisition campaigns for game studios.
• Set up, tune and manage ad networks and user acquisition channels end-to-end.
• Design and run launch growth plans for studio partners.
• Own email, CRM and lifecycle programs to retain and re-engage players.
• Onboard studios onto Immutable's Audience growth products.
• Own a budget, track performance, and reallocate spend based on data.
• Build repeatable growth playbooks that scale across multiple studios.
