Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Operations Management or leadership roles, with distributed teams.
• Proven success in driving efficiency, cost reduction, and process improvements.
• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools and managing virtual teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic operational plans to support global growth and objectives.
