Job summary

G’day Group is recruiting for a Front Office Duty Manager to lead a night-shift team at Kings Canyon Resort, with a path to morning/afternoon shifts. You will oversee front desk operations, guest services, and reservations, while driving revenue through rate optimization and cross‑department collaboration.

The role requires 2–3 years in a hotel supervisor or night manager capacity, strong customer service and RMS experience, and a commitment to outstanding guest experiences in a remote outback

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience as a Hotel Supervisor or Duty Manager/Night Auditor.
• Strong customer service focus and guest-centric approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and professional presentation.
• Driver's license and working with children check are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, guest services, and reservations.
• Train, mentor, and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Streamline operations by implementing effective policies and procedures.
• Optimize room rates and availability to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance for seamless guest experiences.
• Handle financial transactions, billing and cash management with precision.
